There are...Yes--in fact he already has blamed guns. There are hundreds of communities all over IL and the nation where guns are legal, and they are in nearly every home, and the kids have access to them. Yet miraculously they don't shoot each other. I don't get how you stop people from shooting people by taking guns away from people who don't shoot people.Evan McKenziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04479661304143631524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4570142759665414946.post-6925177399535816212008-04-21T18:12:00.000-07:002008-04-21T18:12:00.000-07:00we can be sure mayor Daley is going to blame guns....we can be sure mayor Daley is going to blame guns... and then a bunch of students are going to make the 10 o'clock news by protesting in springfield...

guns are not making people want to kill people. if these people have the rage and desire to murder someone you can bet they'll figure out kill with or without a gun. so i guess that brings it back to your original question - what's going to stop making them want to stop killing?

lets stop wasting hot air and effort on gun legislation and focus on the root of the problem - violent rage toward each other and an inability to peacefully solve problems.Jonathanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14937802826522943963noreply@blogger.com
