ILLINOIZE

Illinois "Moment of Silence" law being reconsidered by legislature as court considers constitutionality

POLS 354:
You have the text of the existing law. There are now two revised versions churning their way through the state legislature and a legal challenge to the current law. It's so good to hear that the state legislature has so much time to spend on such vital matters, now that they have solved the Illinois budget nightmare, funding of mass transit and other transportation issues, bad public schools, government corruption, and all those other minor problems. Wait...what? They haven't?
