It's Not Over Till It's Over
This is from John DiIulio, a political scientist who is notorious for his wildly inaccurate and highly publicized (by himself) prediction in the mid 1990s that American cities were about to be overrun with "super-predators." He meant extremely violent juvenile delinquents. He said this just before the crime rate started plummeting. Now he is saying, "Don't count Hillary out yet." He "predicted" a year ago that she would be the Democrat nominee, but so did everybody else in the world, so I'm not sure that counts as a prediction.
